You are not in actual hardcore mode but you start with really crappy thing and theirs only 3 chest 2 of which is the starter chest. The starter chest is filled with gold tools with enchants unbreaking -9 and also you only have 32 wood planks in the the map no sapling or trees but if you see/saw in the picture you get a enchanted fishing rod you also get full chain armour and the starter chest has mostly grass blocks but sense i'm not that mean you get a wheat farm and theirs cacti, suger cane,pumpkins,half a nether portal,melons and also theres material in the 3rd chest to make cobble generator.
