This design don't belong to me. This design was in my server, so I only post here to share.

Original creator : Heealfear (no idea how to contact him)

Specs :

Only divide a 4 bits number by another 4 bits number. There's a "divided by 0" indicator. Proceed time is unknown. This is a combinatorial design.
