I'm going to build a very large castle with the help of MC edit, based around Double and Quadruple helixes.

May or may not release my texturepack i've been working on as well ;)

More stuff on the way soon.

Edit: About 80% Done with texturepack. Kind of like a RE-texture of original, but with smoother views/etc.
