About:
Hell's Gate is a boss battle where you fight a giant Skull, known as Gate, who is the gateway to the Nether. To defeat him you must overcome several traps, obstacles and tough mobs. The map is made out of redstone and command blocks, mainly using /setblock. In Hell's Gate, you fight a giant skull-crested gate (the skull is actually called Gate in-game). The game started production in early April, and has taken almost four months to make. Oh, btw, you can only use it in 14w29b +
This game can be played with as many people as you want, as long as your computer/server can handle it ;)
It also can be played as many times as you want!
Walkthrough:
First, when you log in, select a kit from the six. Then walk up to the frame with the Golden Hoe and press the button underneath (you must be right infront of buttons to be able to press them). You will now be teleported to Hell's Gate. There are several lava traps on the platforms surrounded by lava. 'Gate' will have six minions, known as 'Lifeforce', giving it the energy it needs to live. They are in caves which you must parkour up obstacles to reach. Once you have killed three of them, boulders will fall from the ceiling (ultimately doing nothing to you unless you're REALLY unlucky and happen to be under them). Then, when you kill the other three, blazes will spawn, and Nether Quartz Ore will appear on Gate's face. Once you must shoot the six Ore with your bow, Gate will spawn its champion (really, it's just it in mob form. And you don't have to kill the blazes to progress, either). Gate's champion is like a wither crossed with an enderman; it teleports to random players every second or so, dealing fire and wither damage. Once you slay him, Hell's Gate is defeated, and the game will reset.
Lore:
Long ago, the Nether was a peaceful place, full of the most amazing creatures. One day, a miner named Steve uncovered the secret to enter and exit the Nether at will: the Nether Portal. Upon arrival, Steve marveled at the beauty of the Nether. He wanted to take this beauty back to the overworld, so he took some blocks from the Nether. The people of the Nether didn't mind this, but then things got out of hand. Steve kept coming back, taking more and more, becoming increasingly greedy and selfish. Then, more trespassers came and took blocks from the Nether. The citizens of the Nether became more protective, attacking the trespassers upon arrival. At that point, the Nether Guardians, protectors and watchers of the Nether, grew tired of these people. They decided to build a giant gate to prevent any trespassers who were not worthy from entering the Nether. Thus, Hell's Gate was created.

If you find any bugs or if you have any ideas for the game, please comment on this submission or PM me about it. Thank you :)
Warning: May cause severe lag in multiplayer, depending on your computer specs. In some snapshots, VBO's enabled will prevent you from seeing some of the lava traps. Also, never switch to peaceful, it will prevent the game from functioning.

(After re-watching the cringeworthy loud typing video, there's probably a reason I only have 39 subs now.)
I will probably make the Lifeforce unaffected by Bows altogether to prevent this from happening, and make the parkour easier, thanks for the feedback ^.^
