What details should i add to the structure and the surroundings? It doesn't feel complete to me.

Also, you should do a spruce bridge with oak or jungle mixed in, with a stone brick outline on the sides.
You could add vines to the entrance to make it look old and hidden away. Aswell as adding trees etc.
