Help wanted!

Hey guys whats up im sorry this isnt a building but we need you to help us do some awesome buildings.
We are looking for as many as possible. We need TerraFormers, Builders, Redstoners, Designers, Coders, Texture Artists and anything else you might think we need. Look at the picture but there are more to come.

Requirements:
NEED FULL VERISON OF MINECRAFT!

Builder;
Pass our test of aproval
Be able to build in atleast 3 different styles
Skype (Plus a really good microphone)

To all the best builders when the team gets bigger you will be able to have your own team of people you command!

Redstoners
Pass our test of aproval
Be able to name atleast 5 different contraptions

To all the best Redstoners when the team gets bigger you will be able to have your own team of people you command!

Terraformers
Pass our test of aproval
To be able to know alot of commands and what they doing in voxelsniper

Designers
Pass our test of aproval
To be able to come up with good ideas and also be able to have building talent abit

Coders
To be able to make mods and Plugins if needs be you will most likely have the least active job

Texture artists
If need be we might need to make a few textures different so you would be helping out the test a bunch if you could help
To be able to make HD textures

Writers
We might need writers to help in a adventure map that we make along the way and also take care of the posts
