A while back I entered a contest by Dukette to create a compact redstone cannon. While I made improvements on his design, I was outmatched by StartingIn, who made a cannon that shot farther by one block (so close). Still, I thought I should share the design, as it may be helpful to people who want functional weapons that don't ruin their appearance

This design is:
  - Compact
  - Easily reloadable
  - Tileable (2 wide)
  - Triggerable with redstone
  - Safer than most competitors

I had fun making this, so I hope you all enjoy as well

Wow! Great design, even though mine shoots 1 further yours is 1 block lower, so i'd call it a draw
