Hidden 2x3 Door - Explained Wiring

I know that this has been done probably 100 times before, however this is my learning curve for redstone wiring.

This is almost like an X-ray of a 2x3 hidden door, all the wiring to every part is coded and explained.

The door can be activated via the stone pressure plates or the button as this uses a T Flip Flop, however if you press the button, and then run over the plates it sometime bugs, they were only just both put there to show you how it could be operated.

Also if your coping the schematic, please copy air, or else the redstone wiring will NOT work.
