• Slinker has a new secondary ability "Dreadmark" target a player that is alone, once targeted you will gain speed and they will be revealed.

You take the role of either the Humans or the Monster. Survive the woods and come out victorious or be consumed by the blight.

Humans

---

As a human, you need to crouch near interactable on the map to use them. When you are near the monster you will be given a heartbeat that changes colors depending on the distance.

Green cases: Grant you random items such as Medkits which heal you but slow you down for 20 seconds, Ammoboxes which enables
you to use the shotgun, and Syringes which grants you a very fast burst of speed.

Workstations: Creates keys and can be used every time it recharges. Monsters can crouch near them to disable them.

Beartrap Racks: Grants you beartraps that can trap the monster if placed well.

Shotgun Racks: You are required to use a key to unlock the shotgun rack. Once obtained you can damage the monster.
The shotgun is on a delayed shot that notifies the monster, but you can hold it down and release it to instantly shoot.

Lockers: Which open on crouching near and close when crouching near. If you get in it you will be undetectable. Monsters can also get inside them

Blight Blooms: Monsters can enable these flowers and they passively grant them blight points. You can disable these to reduce their blight points. When a monster has no blight blooms active they are revealed.

Monsters

As a monster, your job is to eliminate all humans while slowing their process through abilities and sabotages. You can open blight blooms to gain points to unlock powerful abilities that allow you to reveal humans and pass through beartraps unharmed.

There are currently three monsters to choose from with unique abilities and playstyles.

Bigwig

---

Effigy: Your first ability places an effigy, and on reuse teleport back to it.

Surge: Your second ability places a surge, humans walking over it will be stunned and revealed.

Bloodhound

---

Pounce: Your first ability allows you to jump over a nearby vault spot.

Hunt: Your second ability allows you to mark humans when hitting them, on reuse reveal the marked human.

Slinker

---

Cloak: Your first ability allows you to go invisible and run very quickly but there's a meter of which you can stay within the cloak.

Shade: Your second ability allows you to mark a player while they are alone, once marked you gain speed and they are revealed.
