Sorry I only just saw your message. From the spawn, head towards the largest structure you see. At the foot of this construction you can descend into a first minecart departure. You get on board and follow the train tracks. Sometimes there are relays but you continue following the main route. At one point after a tunnel, you immediately arrive in a black tower, the station is in the tower. There, go down and do not continue on the path that sinks into the water. Exit the tower and further on there is a small building. Go around it and you will find a new minecart start which will take you directly to the center of the city.

If instead of stopping at the black tower to go into the city you continue on the path that passes through the water, it takes you to a gas extraction plant and other stuff.

At the start of the spawn if you follow the aerial railway track, it will take you to other spots, that of a very detailed nuclear submarine and other things. The path divides in various directions.

There are also teleporters that lead to a radio station, a sort of temple and I don't really know what else because I haven't been in that direction for a long time myself :b

It's not the construction itself that takes time, but the time spent adjusting the small details.
