Blocks and Items required to build - 136 Oak Wood Planks - 63 Oak Wood - 21 Glass - 30 Stone - 4 Furnaces - 3 Soul Sand - 11 Chests - 1 Jukebox - 2 Crafting Tables - 12 Obsidian - 3 Doors - 2 Wood Pressure Plates - 1 Lever

Additional Notes

Extract the RAR file to %appdata% - Minecraft - Saves and you are done.
