you need to get a media fire account here >
http://www.mediafire.com/ and go into it and upload a map (it must be in a winrar file) download winrar here >
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
then copy the link and post it in the world download URL spot, if u need any more help or if this is a bit technical just reply what you dont understand

its that i see the maps on planet minecraft where you download it there and then not on mediafire and stuff like that. ps. thanks for the help, im gonna post a map soon
