Hub/City for Server

Project that i started a month ago still around 50% progress .

Idea was to make Hub/City for server where all people can connect and use markets , buy houses , and meet each other.

We are working on Towny/Faction server but with a litle twist to idea of only having Cubish farming spots :D



Now im stuck :D im looking for some ideas .... what one city like this that is themed as Pirate city should have ? im mostly looking for decoration , and few house or building ideas.



After i finish this its gonna go full on download with schematic if im able to do it because the project is huge , around 300x300 city plus around it 100x100 size of docks. on top of that City is from 0blocks hight all the way to 130 will probably be around 150 after i add landscape on top of the mountain



Atm i need more ideas , what the hell one city that is steampunk , pirate themed needs :D HELP ME :D
