How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is a WorldPainter project I made.
You can use the landscaping, as long as you give me proper credit for my work.

The landscape is 2048x2048 blocks, and extremely high (look at F3 when you're in it, and you'll get what I mean). There's also some custom trees in it, yet these are pretty basic (doesn't mean they are not beautiful).

By proper credit I mean:
  • Credit in clear view: not hidden

  • Working link to this page

  • My username has to be included

Really, it seems to be 1024 tall, MC supports only 256, it just a generated project. Don't waste time on loading this map under MC.

Ok, so I have no idea on how to get this world to work. It doesn't have all the files a world is supposed to have, and when I tried to open it anyway I got some weird bugged out structures. Do I need an external program to convert it?

Hey guys, what feature is your favourite? Is it the volcano, or just the mountains? Please reply to this if you see it so I know what I should put into the next project I create.

Please note that these projects are very hard for my computer to process, only just exporting the file to a playable MineCraft world took me around 2 hours.

I'm looking for large builds (128x128 blocks) for a new minigame, and I may use this as a landscape to build on. You'll get full credit, even for things I build on it myself

You shouldn't give me credit for more than I have actually done. All I have done for this build of yours is create the terrain.
