I made a custom hunger games map with a custom datapack. The chest loot is randomly generated for each game, and this map ensures fun times. There are 4 main regions on the map; the nether, the forest, the desert, and the mountains.

I do not believe so, as I made it in 1.16, but if you are playing on a server, there is an awesome plugin called Back to the Roots that allows you to set the game to 1.8 PVP, Health Regen, and allows you to disable things like shields.

yes i tried it in 1.8 it did not work, it also doesn't work in servers because it wont start the game and it also just puts eveyone apart from the 1st person to join in spectator, really nice idea/map but needs bugs to be fixed. Also thanks for letting me know about that mod!

Your welcome! I tried to do it on servers, and it worked for me. Did you make sure that command blocks were enabled on the server? Also, thanks for telling me about the bugs! If you don't mind, can you tell me what the bugs are so I can try and fix them? I'm currently trying to figure out the random spawning and the problem where you can move, but I think I have a fix. Are there any other bugs that you found? Thank you again!

No problem, I had loads of fun just looking around it was really well made map, it was my fault I did not have command blocks enabled I am a silly goose. Thanks!
