This is my new creation, the hydration system in one command.
you just have to put the command in one command block to have a fantastic update: the thirst.
For get a command block write in chat /give @a minecraft:command_block
It works only if cheats are enabled.
IMPORTANT: For hydrate yourself, you have to drink a bottle of water, a milk bucket or eat a watermelon or an apple.
I've Added Also injuries: when you have less then 3 hearts you become slow
