Idea - Magic Transportation System

Just posting an idea I had that I'm pretty sure I won't be using since I never complete cities. This is a transport system (people or cargo) that I had in mind if I every made a magic city/capital. Kind of a levitating rail system (Ice = levitation crystals or something). If this sparks an idea for you, awesome, that's all it is here for. Since I know I won't use it anytime soon, I haven't come up with a vehicle for the system unfortunately (the rail car or whatever it would be).
