while working on practicing circles in minecraft (yse like many it is a sin but it looks good) I thought of this design. at first i wanted to try something else but in the end my ADD kicked in and it turned in to something else entirely. this is a work in progress im sure ill have the exterior done soon. its the interior design that will have me boggled.

I am using Dokucraft: the Saga Continues version dark for the green lighting and i am putting the emerald blocks to use for floor decorum. infact alot of this is built using gold iron(mostly iron) Lapis and diamonds and emeralds. alot of the design is based solely on a hourglass shape and i want to go with that sort theme for this project (idk why) but all in all its looking good so far. (seeing as i am only at the base of it mainly.)

as for the name. its latin. Ignis is Fire and Ferrum is Iron. so the theme is fire and iron (or lava and iron)

anyways more to come as i progress through this...idk if ill even finish it for the contest but it will be fun still

this is getting more complicated the more i do the more i add the more harder it gets to going up. its huge and the biggest build project i have ever done....and i don't have world edit to do it so im practically doing it all by hand...>_>

any advice would be helpful as i get to the second quarter of this build i start to wonder what to do.

the two pillar things on the sides are meant to connect the top half of the hourglass figure im putting at the junction of that dome on top.
