Welcome to the second map acceptance to the IMLeague! If you want more information on the league itself, if you want to volunteer for staff (we are recruiting), judging or competing in our league check out:

iml.enjin.com

Welcome to mon_konin, the small industrial city has been ripped apart by a influentual political civil war between two sides of the city for the past 5 years. This map has a bit of similarties to "mon_sloo", similar is mon_konin is really dependent on close quarter combat and strategical teamwork. This map doesn't have a straight open middle, leaving you and your team to split up to the right or the left to defend and work conservatively. Unlike mon_sloo this map has less surprising angles to catch your enemy but more routes and intricate ways to defeat your opponent. We have a few easter eggs and fun little elements around the map, so don't be afraid to explore the world around you :). I think mon_konin is one of the best looking competitive minecraft maps yet and I'm glad to introduce this map into the league!

We are currently recruiting adminstators and staff for our league if interested please conact me on the IMleague page!

I'm sorry mate, but I find your post somewhat confusing. It advertises a server, but tells nothing about it besides "visit the website." I went to the website, and the threads I could find did not offer any information about what the server really is. I didn't even see an ip. Otherwise, I like the map. It seems like it would provide some interesting engagements.

I'm sorry you find this confusing, we are not advertising a "server" but competitive league instead. If you have any prior knowledge with the free to play source game "Team Fortress 2", the competitive scene to that game is developed by a community who wanted to see their favorite game in a more competitive form. Inspired by TF2's "UGC League" which delivers rules, gamemodes, maps, servers, team registrations, leaderboards and more. My goal is to do the same with Minecraft and have a side to minecraft where you can compete to the top spot with players across the globe. It's hard to explain in a sentence what's our goal and our service but I can briefly explain them.
IMLeague's goal is to let fellow minecraft gamers compete against players across the world, we set up match schedules, leaderboards, maps and more to start a unified league that supports players and let teams compete for the top spot. We will be hosting tourneys and events. The way you can get involved with our services is register team, then sign up for a division to compete in our next season, from there we will schedule matches for your division and you can also signup for our play-off season to compete against others to win a grandprize (currently we do not have prizes). I've been working on this league for the past month, working on layouts for maps and good rules with guidlines, and I'm sorry if I've been confusing and annoying with my "advertising" but with my effort it's been hard to really get the word out there of my recent effort for this project. We are currently looking for staff and any help would be apreciated, if you have anymore questions suggestions for the league itself please leave a response because I do read and respond to every message sent to me regarding the league itself.

Once again I want to apreciate your kind response and I apologize that you do not understand my post regarding my league and it's my part that I've should've effectively described our purpose and goals on behalf on the league itself. I also would like to hear your opinions on the idea itself (such as if it's a loss cause) and make sure to check out mon_sloo and other information at iml.enjin.com
Thank you and your help and anyone else's would be very, very apreciated.
Thanks once again and if you have anymore questions regarding our league please respond below, (REALLY REALLY happy to see a response to the league itself!)

Happy Competing!

Sorry for my late reply here.
I apologise if my first comment seemed somewhat cynical; I assure you I have no malicious intentions. I have played TF2 and quite enjoy it, but I've never tried any leagues. I do however like the idea of bringing high-quality competiton into minecraft. This seems like a wonderful way to go about it.
As you have not compelted any seasons yet, I worry that initail recruitment may be somewhat hard. You may want to consider partnering with a popular user, build team, server, or anything else to promote the tournaments.
Good luck. I might form a team and participate in a few matches myelf.
