Made this industrial area, or factory if you will for my city.
It contains two large storage halls, a bunch of industrial looking stuff (pipes, "reactors", etc), a couple of labs, and a packaging building.
It's built on sand because my city is inspired by New Mexico. (Desert city)
It's a bit big, but I hope you'll find a use for it!
