Or just put a redstone torch on the side of a command block, a block on top of the torch, redstone on the command block. and then a command that reads [time set <time>]. then its infinate whatever time you want......

then just do /gamerule commandBlockOutput false and there is like no lag....... this would cause more lag than mine would
