Insanity is an extremely hard fight map designed for 1-9001 players but the more the easier it gets.
Insanity WILL make you rage and will be very hard.
All the rules and gameplay is in the map.
Fight Hundreds of Mobs without dying. If only one man dies, everyone else is brought down with him and the map resets.
