This is the third tower I've built, but this time I'm going to document its progress and color code the internal wiring.
It has a foot print of 39x23 and is 15 high excluding the tower up to the rail lines. The section centered around the tower is 17x17 and on the north end.
UPDATE: The station is complete and I'll be posting a video of it working plus schematics.
UPDATE 2: The uploaded schematic is for a station built at head-level 65, or sea level. Which places the rails above at head-level 100. If you build the tower at a different level, say head-level 75, then because of the spiraling nature of the tracks the directions will change relative to the bottom four corners.
If you don't care much about it you can simply re-label the selection buttons inside the station, but if you want to keep the North-South-East-West order as is the schematic then you will have to re-wire the selector signals.
