A server that's a WIP, really all we need is for spiggot 1.8 to stabilize or for bukkit 1.8 to come out. It'll be a UHC survival adventure server with MCmmo. protections over cities and the ability to buy and sell land, along with cute little things like working mail boxes.  We've built tons of towns, villages and ruins to explore!
