This command allows you to spawn a system to have nether stars give special effects to mobs.

Features
- Grants permament invulnerability to any mob (not players) that touch a thrown nether star
- Since this is so powerful (saving horse lives) it consumes the nether star in the process.

Notes
- Generates on the Z axis
