I am currently building a vision of a isolated castle built in the mountains i had. I will add some story line to it when i get it built. I am getting some building help from Starbird14

This was built on the Forgotten Realms server.

Lore:

The castle of Western Ridge has never been fully understood. There are hundreds of books lined in the hallowed halls of the war room, it is rumoured that these great tables were once covered with the great battle plans that won and lost many wars of many generations. The original construction was that of the Duke of Eldbridge, once considered the wealthiest man to ever live. The castle was commissioned in the year 1082 but was not started until 1095. The excursion to find the location never returnedo ¦. the quest to find the proper location became a hunt with a reward to the person who finds it. 18 of the finest craftsmen were lost to the winter of the Western Ridge during its construction, with an unknown number of labourers, but construction was completed and the castle was presented to the Duke. After 600 years and 14 generations the castle now sits abandoned waiting for someone to once again fill the grand entrance with warmth.
