You're using creative mode. There are unlimited items when using that mode. If this could be done in survival then I would say pretty cool.

This is a mod in a way, because a mod is something to help you but you do have to download it and install. I can see what you are saying but your first comment was kind of stupid.
And Too many items is actually really easy to install too. And Hiyadudez is right, It is still cheating :/ Sorry
