32 vulycja Klavdiїvska. Ukrainian Khrushchyovkas are a type of multi-story residential buildings built in the USSR in the 1960s and named after Nikita Khrushchev. These buildings are characterized by their monotonous design, panel construction, and low construction quality. They often feature small apartments and limited communal services. Despite their drawbacks, Khrushchyovkas still make up a significant part of the housing stock in Ukraine and other former Soviet countries. In recent years, many of them have been renovated or demolished to improve housing conditions and modern urban development.
