How are you? Hope you are all doing fine and are healthy. The semester is finally over and I had some time for building again. The outcome you will see below. But what do you see here exactly?

This building / project is intended to be a rentable holiday villa for up to five people. The seclusion of the villa had a particular influence on its design. In the middle of the ocean and isolated from the public, there is a breathtaking 360 ° panoramic view of the boundless sea, countless opportunities to enjoy these views and a central two-story main room.

The two-storey villa is traversed by two visual axes, at the intersection of which the central room of the entire complex is located. There is also a loggia, two balconies and two terraces for indescribable views of the sea. If you combine this with the private beach of the villa, you feel like you are in the Caribbean.

There are a total of four bedrooms in the villa. Three of them on the upper floor and the fourth on the ground floor which is equipped with its own bathroom. The other bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The floors are accessed by a centrally located staircase. This leads into a gallery from which one can look down into the central main room and enter the other rooms. This also provides access to the loggia.

The most impressive, however, is the two-story living room, which is the central point of the villa. Covered with a huge monopitch roof and integrated skylights, the room provides an indescribable spatial experience. Around the living room is the kitchen, dining room and in-house bar.
