Lag Free Day/Night Timer

When you have a city, you need to have a way to activate night lights. Many other systems lag the server, using hundreds of repeaters, doing more harm than good. Not this!!! My method uses a system of falling edge detectors and T-flip-flops, and I won't give much more away, but if you start the system perfectly at 00:00, the signal will turn on at sundown, and turn back off at 00:00. Feel free to use this in a server, just inform me and give credit. Enjoy :D

Additional Notes

Just hit the button to start the timing process.
The Timer will not work if you use time change commands.
