I don't even know. What other use is there for Lapis Lazuli?

I just wanted to make a tall tower with water through the middle. I succeeded.

Additional Notes

The world save is my server world. It has lots of other things on it - like all of my other projects, projects from Fatterman and Mr.Enlarger, and also a few from Kaito.
