This aerial structure was constructed from an image my boyfriend and I were inspired to build, off a very talented artist on deviant art. Mind you though, we didn't go completely off this image so, certain things you won't see in our structure.

Possibly going to place buildings on the sides of the Laputa, but nothing set in stone yet, thanks to all for the comments and up votes, as well as favorites ;3

I'm quite a fan of Miyazaki's films, my favorites in order being Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, and Spirited Away as my top three. But yes, I probably should have named this something different..though it is a laputa :P

I appreciate your opinion and links, more work will be posted as it's completed and I hope to see more of your comments.
