Large Apartment Skyscraper

This is an apartment skyscraper with a lobby, 2 meeting rooms, a circular driveway, a front garden/pond, automatic doors that open at day/close at night, about 80 or so rooms, an activity room with an indoor pool and small theatre, and a penthouse. Every room comes with a bedroom, bathroom, shower, and TV. And finally, the room prices are high, why do you think that none of the rooms are rented out?
