Large City - Lak

I am building a huge city - as large as i can make it, always growing (hence 95%) with new buildings. Currently, it is only 350x350 in size (on superflat). Currently contains a Old Town, Castle, Factory, Parliament, Collesium, Power Plant, Zoo (Which is currently unstocked due to updates), statue, Blue Palace, Farmland, Pirate Ship, Swimming pool, Polic Station, Jail, University, Magic School (outside city), Assassins school and assault course, Badlands, forest, Racecourse (small though), Iron Golem settlement, Church, Grand Library, Wool shop, Military camp and houses. Any other suggestions are welcome of buildings to make, and if i make enough money or work out how to make a server, i will make a map so others can build cities on it too. NOTE: Map does contain other cities, but they are small and only about 50x50. BUILDINGS TO BE BUILT: Clock Tower, Thieves Guild, Theater, Cinema.
