Large land/server map project

Hi fellow PMC users! My name is Tatermctot and I am making a large Minecraft map with WorldPainter. It is 10,000 by 10,000 blocks and is going to be used on my server I am going to make soon when it is done. It would also be nice if you could refer a cheap Minecraft server hosting site.

It is going to need custom plugins which will:

Make certain areas more able to grow crops than other areas
Make water a finite source (except for rivers and oceans).
Make animals in the wild less abundant to increase difficulty on getting food.

I am currently looking for people who are good with:

WorldPainter
Making custom plugins (I.E. the ones above at least)
Moderating chat and small problems (Mods)
Operating servers and controlling large problems (OPs)

Position: Plugin maker, OP, WorldPainter, Mod
Age: must be above age 12.
IGN: If you don't know what this is, you shouldn't be applying.
Past Experience: Not needed for Mod position.

Land Name: I would like to hear from you what I should name the land/map I'm making.
