This is level 2 of the smaller tower. It has flashing redstone torches on the middle and on top of it. unlike the small one, you can't have this on houses unless it is a very big house. Place this tower in mountains, hills and fields far from your settlement so it looks nice in the horizon. But that is just a tip from me!!! ;)
