I started working on this the other day out of boredom so far I have managed to make a small hospital, a general store, a repair shop, wheat field (water distillation plant in last days), a saloon and a cow enclosure.
After I made said structures I ran out of ideas, feel free to post your own ideas and I will add them in if I like them.
Once I deem it finished I will put up the map for download.

Maybe put the settlement in a normal biome.
Also, you might want to add a little trading post, a small watch tower.
