The LeoCity Polie Department tower was built by LZSchneider on the LeoCity Minecraft Server.
there seems to be a problem attaching this to a server, so here is the information:

- TheQWERTY1 took up the project and finished the frame, outside walls, and interior
- LZ, upon his return, decided to add external pieces to add to both the exterior and interior design. (current)
