Since a lot of people asked me about the meaning of the build, I briefly wrote an explanation.

The build represents a breakup after a long and suffocating relationship. The heart on a chain is representing a ball and chain. It's slowing both of them down and prevents them from moving freely. We all know the classical arrow through the heart, it's part of the well known love symbol. Here it is causing both of them immense pain, the previously felt love and attachment turned into pure pain and dispare.
