Hey,

this project is pretty old actually, but I decided to upload it because of the uniqueness of the building. It's placed in a modern city and hosts a bunch of middle class duplex apartments. Until now, the only rented space is the penthouse right beneath the roof above the restaurant and pool area.

I like his buildings too, although they are hard to build in Minecraft most of the times.
