This is pushing it a bit... all you need to do for a lock is a simple AND gate on the inside of the house. It's quite creative, but overly complex and too impractical for use.

technically if you think about it they way i built this an AND gate wouldn't work as an AND gte needs two inputs where as my lockable door only needs one.

i *think* i get it. not only do you want to be able to lock it from within, but you also want to be able to have it open automatically when you unlock it...?
anyways, useful. though i can tell you had a few other attempts given up halfway down there xD

i need to update the schematic with a pressure plate on the inside to get out otherwise there is no means of escape...unless you smash your way through the wall...lol
oh ha yeah need to clear it up down there before i go uploading-derp- :D
