A rather decently sized Town full of themed buildings. It is located on a peninsula between two rivers emptying out into the ocean. It is, as a result, quite rich.
Not an adventure map, but most if not all of the chests have some junk in them.
Most Buildings are not labeled but for some, the role is quite obvious. Like the farm. And the Lighthouse.
The weird obsidian Glowstone and half slab thing next to you when you start the map is the spawn point by the way.
The seed is: NIM
but I did a good deal of terraforming so what you get will most likely be different. (i.e. Trees everywhere, huge holes in the ground, hills, the place where the lighthouse is doesn't exist, etc.)
Texture Pack is: Wayukian Pack.
