So you can tear up the Lucius Waterway, waking everyone up at 2am, while making them envious at your over-priced boat!

Nothing special with those WoK houses, they all look the same, though, people enjoy them so what is the deal?

Very low? You serious dude? Not everybody can build modern, at least from what I've seen. So basically you are insulting everyone who worked years to improve their modern building skills. I've been working for 3 years on my modern builds and trust me, you are all wrong. It is just another way of building, there is no way it makes a difference on people's skills.

I am sorry but 1 of the people of our team wrote this i am sorry he said this but he is right that the boat is kinda flat and its easy to make it, it wasnt to insult you it was just  a tip you shoukl add detail and such!
