Maddox-class Guided Missile Command Destroyer

A variant of the Midway-class destroyers, Maddox-class destroyers are similar to the build of a Flight IE model albeit with some key differences.
Said differences are:
CIWS rearrangement from sides to bow and aft
Superstructures are arranged differently
Aft radar tower is taller to allow for CIWS placement
Internal rearrangements for a fleet command center (replacing the hangar)

Eight were constructed and commissioned. Two more were planned but the Theeds bombing raid in 2015 that destroyed many of the shipyards meant that these two were cancelled.

Of the eight, three vessels have been sunk.

NDF-NS Church (DDGC-1503 struck a mine during Operation Shallow Hunger and was scuttled after helicopter attack. (October 10-13, 2016)

NDF-NS Eastwind (DDGC-1504) collided with the aircraft carrier NDF-NS Norfolk (CVN-0601) and was split in half. (July 4, 2017)

NDF-NS Jade Wilde (DDGC-1508) was attacked in NFOB Osea by helicopter and suicide craft and was scuttled by Air Force F/A-18E Super Hornets from Fenris Air Force Base. (July 6, 2017)
