This fortress is only the beginning on something far bigger.
Madir Thir!
Madira Thir has been peacefully for thousands of years.
Behind the walls here you will find the entrance to an ancient temple.
People from all over the world would come to visit to purify themselves. And grow their connection with one of the great gods.
For about a thousand years ago. there was a man who ended up in the cave, where he received an open carriage. He told his acquaintances and family about what had happened to him.
Since that time people have come from around the entire world to clean their soul at the waterfall, after meditation and peace.
Until greed and wealth lasted a problem for peace. Even at holy places.
It took no long time before peaceful people gathered to build a protection around the entrance to the temple.
With time more and more people volunteered to protect shrines around the world.
Deepshrine Citadel quickly grew to a small but powerful barricade, against the greed to the kings and queens.
It became clear that Deepshrine Citadel had one of the strongest defenses and best localization to train for the recruits. With large open area at the top of the mountain, in the stiff cold summer frost on top of the mountain. It was here they really could forge elite soldiers!
It was then that Deepshrine Citadel grew into what it is today.

sewers will not be a part of this build, because it's inspired from a time before advanced technologies. Instead there will be outhouses who had to be emptied from poop after some time....

The temple is completed.
We waned to take our mid's out of the traditional mindset.
The concept is that people came to enjoy the silence and meditation, and afterwards clean their souls by walking thru the waterfall.

This is the important part for defending the holy temple.
