Magnolia Condos is a safe place you can call home. The entire condominium is well lit and guarenteed no monster spawning! There are 16 rooms 13x16x4 with a balcony. There is no 4th floor. Functional bathrooms, pool, restraunt, and animal park. Mailbox system and a message board. Needs to be run by Management. Each room comes with furnature and a Terms&Conditions book. The original is kept on the 1st floor.
When copying Magnolia Condos into your world, sink into the ground so the doors are even with the ground. be sure to copy air
