This is a potion brewer where you put in supplies in the dispensers and then press the buttons for which ingredients you want to go in. This makes the potion for you. This is a very simples desgin.

You can copy this design and put it in your survival world if you want as well. As I said it is very simple so it isnt hard to make and doesnt require too many materials.
