The map looks GREAT, at least when u got the shaders on, what I want to say is that the overall base of the map is a bit too flat, and the stores are abit far from each other, this makes the scene looks a bit weird is some way. You should add abit of slope on the fondation and remove the gaps between some shops, it will look better this way since the overall of the map is more compacted and dynamic.
