if you are looing for something simple for a spawn then .. this build has a market , and 2 pvp arena's 1 on each side,
im sure you guys will change some things to suit your needs but thats upto you.

place this in a nice surrounding biome and do some landscaping around this build, and change what u need to change. and this will suit all ya needs for a small but simple build.
