For the sign presenting the House, I wanted something very unique and minimalist. I choose the black glass because it contrasts with the bright color on the birch fence post and the sign. It also matches the text on the sign, accentuating it more.

A full view of the exterior. the tree on the left is one I got and edited from a tree repository that I found. As for the other trees, theyre very minimalist and fit in great with the res of the build.

This is the living area above the house itself. I really wanted something that matched the exterior very sleek and minimal. You can also see the dark oak planks coming in to creat backrests for the seating which, I though, worked quite well.

Heres the grand staircase that leads down to the actual house underneath. Nothing much to see here I liked the dark oak because it contrasted with the white and it also matched the dark oak on the exterior.

Some modern shelving designs, some outside the wall and some inset. Theres also a fireplace to add some warm tones to the rich whites, creating a very nice mood.

A full view of the grand staircase. It flows quite well with the stone divider and combines to create a very nice centerpiece for the main living area. You can also see a modern glass sculpture in the background, adding a little more detail to the room.

The seating in the main living area. Its pretty modern and mixes well with the rest of the room. The dark oak and jungle saplings look like little bonsai trees, so I wanted to use those as well.

Minimalist wall shelving and painting design. the red inside the shelving area matches the red tones in the room and it it works very well as a subtle accent.

Ah, the kitchen theres a good amount of small detail in this room, making it nice and complex without being complex.

A big, bold accent stripe was exactly what this room needed with all that white. theres also a yellow flower as a subtle counter accent, adding a little more detail. The yellow in the kitchen is also very classic and never fails as an accent color.

A super minimalist half bathroom, mainly grays and whites were used, the only splash of color is from the lighting fixture above which works nicely with the stone walls.

Heres the study. I went with a very bold wall of red nicely broken up by the bookshelf feature. A tip for huge, bold accents like this is to keep it VERY plain and solid, otherwise itll be too busy and attract too much attention.

Here is one of my favorite rooms in the house, solely for the furniture and the way they go so nicely with the purple. A trick to make it seem like false lamps have light is to put them by paintings and hide lighting behind the painting.

Another bold accent wall in this bathroom. very minimalist, not much to talk about. the purple in the painting gives a nice transition from the previous room into this one.

Right off the bat, you can see a very modern fireplace that took me ages to figure out what I wanted it to look like, starting with a quartz brick pillar in the center to this beauty. Theres also a bit of a motif from the carpet to the shelving.

Nice bed design with recessed lighting above. As for the closet, a good trick for sliding glass doors is to put full glass blocks next to window pains, emulating the different levels of the doors.

An en suite bathroom connecting to the bedroom. I wanted to have a few motifs in the two rooms, ei, the green accent, the cracked stone bricks, and the grass in the corner next to the wooden textured painting.
